MEET THE TEAM

People are at the heart of everything we do

Our team brings together decades of healthcare staffing, recruitment, and workforce management experience, united by a shared commitment to helping healthcare organisations access the skilled professionals they need to deliver exceptional care.

We collectively contribute more than 50 years of healthcare recruitment and workforce coordination experience. From permanent recruitment and international talent acquisition to temporary staffing, workforce planning, and client support, we understand the unique challenges facing healthcare providers and the importance of finding the right people for every role.

What sets our team apart is the relationships we build. We take the time to understand the needs of our clients, the aspirations of our healthcare professionals, and the environments in which they will work. This personalised approach enables our team to consistently connect great people with great organisations, creating positive outcomes for healthcare providers, healthcare professionals, and the communities they serve.

Our team supports healthcare organisations across New Zealand and internationally, providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions for hospitals, aged care providers, community health services, disability support services, mental health providers, and specialist healthcare programmes. Whether we’re sourcing a single critical hire, coordinating large-scale workforce requirements, or providing urgent staffing support, we are committed to delivering responsive, reliable, and professional service every step of the way.

Above all, we are passionate about making a difference. Because behind every role is a person, behind every placement is a purpose, and behind every successful workforce solution is a team dedicated to helping healthcare services thrive.

Experienced. Connected. Passionate about people.
